DO YOU QUALIFY???

Must be a homeless or disabled Veteran who has served in the American Armed Forces under federal orders and received an honorable discharge

• Homeless: no shelter or extreme jeopardy of losing housing

• Disabled Veteran: at least 10% Service Connected Disability

DD-214 must be provided

Household income will be considered when determining eligibility and priority of assistance

Veteran must sign up voluntarily, family members can assist Veterans with the application process
